I don't have a problem with that. ManRam has been starting at Center the entire offseason already. He's almost assuredly a better run blocker than Koppen was, and he'll have a lot of help in pass protection.

Broncos installed the super-fast hurry up with ManRam at Center in OTA's.

Vallos (6-3, 310 pounds) is a sixth-year player who has seen action in 44 career regular-season games (9 starts) with Seattle (2007-09), Cleveland (2010-11), Philadelphia (2012) and Jacksonville (2012), according to the team's press release.

Vallos was a seventh round draft pick of the Seattle Seahawks in 2007 and spent his rookie season on the club’s practice squad before seeing time in all 32 games (eight starts) for the team from 2008-09.

Vallos played in four games combined last season, for the Jaguars and Eagles.

In college, Vallos earned All-America and All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors as a senior at Wake Forest University.

He is 55 rating on madden. In last 5 starts 1 sack, 7 hurries and 2 penalties.

Hard to say. Knows checks & calls. But next start at C will be his 1st in NFL. RT @julianperez22: What have you seen from Manny? Adequate C?

I might be the obly one that is ok with ManRam at C. I thought he improved a lot last year as season went. Denver would of beat Baltimore if he played over Kuper in my opinion.

Nope, I'm ok with it. Actually preferred him to Koppen.

I'm obviously concerned about starting an unproven Center in Ramirez, but we will definitely be a more powerful run blocking team with him in there. He can get a really good push in the run game - I think we'll all be holding our breath when we see the first A gap blitz from the Ravens.

Well, I don't pretend to be a scout or anything, but for some reason that doesn't seem to be too bad for a guy they just got off the street, in a pinch. If it was his last 5 series, I'd be worried, but not last 5 starts.

It is better than Blake's production right now, that is for sure.

Most of his one on one matches would be against blizters. In a 3-4 he would have some one an one matches against a NT who are very good at rushing the passer anyway. Against 4-3 teams he would have much fewer one on one match ups.

A gap blitz is irrelevant. it's not like the center is responsible for blocking everyone at once. of course there's the question of recognition and of picking up the right guy, but that's not unique to the center position. the actual concern is that he gets blown up one on one. peyton manning and wes welker are pretty good blitz-beating personnel too.

I'm more worried about the cerebral part the center plays in this type of offense. Koppen was built for it.

Yeah Koppen had the cerebral part, just not the physical part.

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 4m

Texted with Jeff Saturday's agent. Told return is "possible, not likely." He came out healthy. Broncos haven't called, he doesn't see it

The same one who said Manning had numbness in his arm and might need surgery? Don't post his crap here. He has no sources and literally makes crap up.
