Are they really screwed if they have to go with Man Ram this year?

did you not see how he played replacing Kuper last season? there is a reason we signed Vazquez and didn't just rely on Kuper and Ramirez for depth.

he was ok but not a guy, even at C who should be in the starting lineup.

Ramirez played better as the season went on. I think he'd be a decent replacement.

I wasn't enthused with Koppen as our starting Center..

I also felt Man Ram really improved over the season.

Ramirez is better suited at center. He struggles in one on one situations and has been the first team center since OTA's. I just hope Kuper can come back to form.

Wolff hobbled off on goal line play as well. Hobbled off sounds like it is not very serious though. This was per DMac

true, Lindsay Jones confirmed the same thing but said he was working it out on own power.

This is the worst time of year. Meaningless injuries can ruin a season for teams.

Denver may have to consider a trade for a C.

Let's wait and hear how bad it is before we replace our second string Center.

I tend to think Denver really doesn't have a starter there at all and are trying to get someone to step up and win the job.

So we can have someone to keep Koeppen and Walton company in the ice tub?

C is one of the key positions on the team for the OL with Manning under center.
Manny is solid as a back up but i want no part of him being the starting C.

now maybe he improves greatly and takes the reigns while making it a no doubt about it move.
but him being a starter scares me like Joe Mays at MLB.

I feel the same way. And the players they were banking on competing are getting hurt. I have no idea who the starter is. I was under the impression it was Walton , then Koppen, then whoever. Koppens knee better be OK.

ManRam was an adequate starter. A whole team full of ManRams wouldn't be that good, but I'd say he was average to above average.
