Some reason I got it in my head the Panthers played in Charleston, not Charlotte. I'll blame it on Dementia, cause by lots of drinking in my life.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons have agreed to a five-year contract extension that will make the quarterback one of the league's highest-paid players, league sources told ESPN Senior NFL Analyst Chris Mortensen, just before the first practice of training camp.

The extension guarantees Ryan $59 million, the sources said, and can be worth up to $103.75 million, for a $20.75 million annual average. Ryan will make $63 million in the first three years, the sources said.

Couldn't have happened to a more deserving HC though.

it won't hurt them a ton though. that team is really good and all of their players are only getting better.
Percy is explosive and will be a huge weapon but until he's on the field and doing work and then misses games it doesn't hurt them.

Ryan Swope - WR - Cardinals

Cardinals sixth-round WR Ryan Swope has been forced to retire due to lingering concussion symptoms.
Swope, the No. 174 overall pick, was a pleasant surprise at the Combine in February, running a 4.34 forty. But he suffered multiple concussions at Texas A&M, and he has never gotten over them. Swope is making the smart long-term health move, but it's a shame he never got to put the pads on in the NFL.

I saw Dre Kirpatrick has not been cleared to practice for the Bengals yet

Still very early in his career, but after not playing last year and starting out on the PUP again this year some Bengals fans are starting to throw the B word around

http://www.nfl.com/draft/story/0ap10...signing-status

Only three first round draft picks remain un-signed.

Titan's 10th overall pick guard Chance Warmack
Jets 9th overall pick cornerback Dee Milliner
and Cardinals 7th overall pick guard Jonathan Cooper.

With Eric Fisher agreeing to terms, that should have a ripple effect on getting the other two linemen signed shortly. Not sure what the Jets' problem is...
