I doubt our defense will be complete **** without both.

I don't get their thinking there either.

I do see a drop in pressuring the QB though. JDR needs to get creative at attacking the QB while Von is out.

Denver may just have to blitz more with Von out. The secondary is going to have to pick up the slack in Von's time in time out.

All reports so far suggest Hillman looks like a stud at RB and its his job to lose, this is promising.

Oz putting on a show.

Julius showing real results.

Welker showing up as expected.

DB group is impressive.

Ayers looks good.

again it is only day 1

That's Baltimore, Giants, oakland, and Philly. Who out of this group is hanging 30 on us? I suppose to be fair, Baltimore did last year, but I don't see that happening again.

Obviously, the defense will take a hit without Von and Elvis, but 30 points per game? GTFO. We'll play a ton of nickel. Champ is still in the top quartile of CB's in this league. DRC should be a solid #2 CB. Harris will be awesome over the slot. Tony Carter, Jammer, Bolden are all decent dime rotational backs as well. WWIII is an excellent coverage LB and we should get better push in the middle than last year with the addition of pot-roast, an improved Wolfe, Big Vick and Williams. Between a rotation of Wolfe, Jackson, Ayers and Phillips we should be able to generate at least a serviceable pass rush until Von comes back.

Oh, perfect. 2 years in a row now, Elway wastes a 2nd round pick on a project......first Oz, now Montee Ball.

WHAT AN IDIOT!!!

This is proof that he had another surgery in the offseason. Off to the lightrail with you all!

Incompetentbob is now writing a blog that a valuable source told him Manning has a scar suffered sometime in the offseason.

JDR is going to earn his money this year. Probably the most important person on this team in lieu of all of this and the only reason I still think we are going to be fine.

If you see the words "Ayers looking good."

Remember the LT is Chris Clark.

Legend has it that if you type that quote backwards it reads "I am experiencing neck pain and I am unable to throw the ball down field and my spiral has become very loose...and Paul is dead."

If you listen REALLY hard there's a whisper at the end that says "Hernandez did it"

Well, yeah...good point. Let's just assume from here on out, PFM is a given then it's a race for #2.

One thing I've noticed is Derek Wolfe looks like a freaking animal this year. He is far leaner than last year, the man looks like he spent every second of the offseason in the weightroom. Can't wait to see what this year has in store for him

I'm going to get it on the record now. Brock Osweiler will be the starter against the Ravens, and it won't be because of injury.

The future starts now.

I'd bet Aaron Rodgers' salary on it.

I wonder if there is anything else that would contribute to this kind of thing.

Doubt it.
