Speaking of ignorant, Bruton, Walton and Decker are the only guys still on the roster from that era (just a few years ago, btw, 2 of them 3rd round picks and 1 a 4th).

When it comes to BAC, we can't touch the Eastern Europeans. http://www.cracked.com/funny-1095-bl...cohol-content/

0.914 is the world record for highest-ever recorded BAC that did not result in death. A 67 year-old Bulgarian man wandered into a hospital after being hit by a truck and they checked his BAC with multiple instruments, thinking that their equipment must be faulty.

Oh, and for Matt Russell's benefit, there's news of a new invention!

It's called a taxi.

Actually, now that I'm rereading what he was responding to I think Rev was specifically talking about players taken outside of the top 2 rounds (hence the exclusion of the players we mentioned who were all selected in the first 2 rounds).

I think Russell may be in jeorady of losing his job. His BAC and running into a cop car and another car is far different than say Todd Helton running down to the gas station

My guess is he will be relieved of his job. Sad because his talent in the organization is noted but I think it negatively affects the business of the Denver Broncos

I'm not so sure Russell will be fired because of this incident. He can afford a top notch lawyer and in the end, if this was just a one time thing, I think the Broncos will keep him. However, if he does something like this again, they may not be so understanding. It was a stupid mistake, no doubt, but there's a reason Elway has kept this guy around while letting many others go from the previous front office.

How about this one:
Quote:
In South Africa, a man driving a Mercedes-Benz Vito light van containing 15 sheep, allegedly stolen from nearby farms, was arrested on December 22, 2010, near Queenstown in Eastern Cape. His blood had an alcohol content of 1.6 g/100 ml. Also in the vehicle were five boys and a woman who were also arrested.

Wow! Look at this one: In March 2009, a 45-year-old man was admitted to the hospital in Skierniewice, Poland, after being struck by a car. The blood test showed blood alcohol content at 1.23. The man survived but did not remember either the accident or the circumstances of his alcohol consumption.

Yup have to agree. There is a reason he is his right hand on the Job. If lets say Elway was to actually buy the Broncos, Russell would be in line for John's current job.

Bowlen clearly needs to do a better job of hiring people who can function well with gallons of alcohol in their system. Should Russell be fired, I'd hope they make that a point of emphasis in the next selection process.

Jesus christ you guys are anoying,. I know who's on the team and I do know they are good players. Sine you all are incapable of reading between the lines let me spell it out for you. While I'm not entirely sure elway would rip the team apart like mcd did hypothetically if he had those picks from cutler n marshall, tebow ayers moreno quinn alphonso smith would never have been the selections. This front office would have struck gold like they proven they can do. Can you retards accept that and can u understand what I was getting at now
