Obstruction means he will never make money again - his career in the NFL will be over and he has no education or transferable skills. On top of that, he will be the number 1 defendent in the undoubtedly unreasonably large civil suit filed by the family, so whatever he does have saved up, plus the value of his house, his cars, his clothings, his bling will all go to the victims family - just ask OJ.

I am not sure what the density of transmitters is in that area, but in most areas you are pinging off 3 or 4 transmitters which allows triangulation to within an area about 100 square feet or less.

Here's a tweet from a patriots reporter:

Nick Underhill ‏@Nick_Underhill 20h
Been what, four days since cops were last here? Hope Aaron got whatever out by now

Look numb nuts just cause you want it to be so doesn't make the guy guilty.

Just like Doom's gun deal where everybody overeacted you need to get the facts.....first

Did this jagoff really show a tweet which proved nothing as some sort of evidence ? Really ?

I am no Pats fan but this guy deserves his day in court just like I would want for your conspiracy theory dumb ass.

What is really funny (or sad I guess) is that I rewatched the 30 for 30 episode of June 1994.

They had everything big that happened in sports during 4 days in June of that year.

Some of the breaks in the cases were kinda like how OJ's case broke.

Oh, I got the facts alright...just like I got it right (very early on) in the Dumervil case. Your overzealous political punkass comments are lame. Nobody cares, get a clue.

Aaron Hernandez destroyed evidence that would have been crucial to a homicide investigation. It's a felony, sped. Thanks for playing.

Don't worry, the police have evidence...and plenty of it.

That tweet is pretty crazy, but it's completely unrelated to your b*tch comment. It's a Patriots reporter wishing that Hernandez hid all the evidence so he doesn't get caught. Mind blowing how twisted on reality you have to be to put football over justice in a homicide case.

I'm telling you, he's pretty good. I didn't say he was a future Hall of Famer or that he'd immediately replace Gronk or Hernandez, just countering the comment that they don't have a starting caliber TE on their roster. They do. The Giants, and Giants fans, were not happy about losing him to the Patriots. The only negative with him is injury concern.

-Was with homicide victim hours before body was found. (with 2 other men)

-Smashed his own surveillance/security camera the night of murder.

-Presented his cell phone to police after apparently breaking it into pieces.

-Drafted by NE patriots in 4th round of 2010 NFL draft.

I'm telling you he had one average year for a starting TE, prior to his injury. I don't care how many NY fans are mad, they get pissed at anything. He is a average TE that could be covered by anyone of our safeties.

Okay, so then you'd agree that he's starting caliber, right? If he's "average" then he could start for approximately half the teams in the league, right? And the fact that he did this in his rookie year would suggest he has some upside, right?

That doesn't make a player "pretty good". I'm on my phone and don't want to look up stats, but I'm willing to bet he couldn't be the starting TE on half the NFL teams.
Saints, NE, Alt, SD, Dallas, Denver, KC, Jags and Houston off the top of my head have TEs he would be behind on the depth chart. Also his rookie year was 2010. He didn't start for the Giants till 2011. He has above average number two TE upside.

OK, my net is back up. So I will add the Ravens, Panthers, Pitt, Bengals, and 49ers to the lest of teams that he would be behind as a the number one TE. Miami if Keller is healthy and Bears with Bennett could be on that list too. Anyways the Pats are dropping from an elite top 2 TE in the game and a very good top 10 TE in the NFL to a guy that is maybe a top 17ish TE in the NFL.

Yes, agree with this. But my main point was that the Pats have at least an NFL caliber starting TE on their roster, although as you said clearly not someone who will replace the production of what they're losing.

Meh, they have enough to tie a rental car to Hernandez and find his whereabouts, know that he destroyed two data sources and convinced a judge that not only was a search warrant necessary but worthy of state police assistance, K9's, and evidence removed from house.

All of this happened within days of the murder. Heck the SUV and surveillance WAS the next day. They are getting their ducks in a row and do not want another OJ. The DA probably wants an air tight case. I would say they have plenty of substantial evidence but want a case so tight it eats a quarter and spits out two dimes and a nickle.
