But through the afternoon, attention remained on Hernandez, who stayed inside his lawyers’ offices in the Prudential Center for hours.

Karen Russell, 58, from Cambridge, Mass., waited outside the building, hoping for his autograph.

“His autograph is going to be worth money, you know what I’m saying?” she said.

Well, when I made that statement I had not seen the inside. Now seeing that house I could probably get an equal one for $450,000-$500,000. Texas has lots of land and lots of illegals to build it.

The Patriots have trouble in their house. They looked trouble in the eye and rewarded it with a huge contract. It could happen to any team. But it is not supposed to happen in Foxborough. The leadership that pushed “Patriot Way” looks like it has lost its way.

What a joke. Only people in Boston could see the Patriots in that light. Spygate anyone?

The real question is how long will take for him to find God and when will New England build a statue of him outside their stadium

Meh, kind of a Dick move on Welker's part. Not saying Hernandez didn't massively over-react. But, feels like a non-story.

Read the comments on there. Pats fans sre PROUD that the organization can cover up for thugs. No wonder Welker wasn't happy there.

Sounds like standard rookie hazing. But we don't know if it was said lightheartedly or with malice.

True. Boston media in general is a teaming nest of vipers. There is going to be an exceptionally low signal to noise ratio coming out of the New England area on this story for a while.

So basically Hernandez couldn't operate a DVD player/DVR?

The writer must be a total wuss if he considered that a threat... Normal locker room talk if you ask me.
