You know I bet he consulted with a lawyer and the lawyer told him to do all this. I bet he walks.

Welker 118 catches, 1354 yards, and 6 TDs
Llyod 74 catches, 911 yards, and 4 TDs
Gronkowski 55 catches, 790 yards, and 11 TDs
Hernandez 51 catches, 483 yards, and 5 TDs
Woodhead 40 catches, 446 yards, and 3 TDs

That is 232 catches, 2711 yards and 13 TDs gone from Tom Brady for sure with another 106 catches, 1273 yards, and 16 TDs with a good chance of not being there for him as well. That is the top 5 guys gone from him last year.

That's it you finally figured out how to get away with murder! Why didn't people try and cover up murders by destroying evidence before!!!

Then his lawyer sucks. The data on his phone can probably be recovered, and if not, the phone company will have it.

Odd that Lloyd is still a FA. The Pats, among several other teams, could use that kind of production. He must be a real pain in the a** to be getting absolutely no interest.

Yeah I agree. I guess they don't think he has the speed anymore to be useful on top of him being a head case.

Well, he could have microwaved his phone after he smashed it up, submerged it in bleach or something. People don't do this stuff because they don't want to look guilty. I bet his lawyer said don't worry about how it looks just do everything I tell you.

The phone company won't have all the details, text messages, voice mails, pictures. They can provide where he was and who he called.

Looks to be about the same amount of property you would get in Colorado Springs for $300k.

and his attorney will argue that just because his phone was there at the crime scene doesn't mean he was.... I mean everyone knows smartphones get stolen all the time, right?

I guarantee they have everything you mentioned except the pictures. Also, in the age of forensic computer science, I wouldn't bet against the police being able to recover everything from the phone even if the internal storage is damaged.

They might not be able to prove he was at the crime scene. Since the body was dumped so close to his house his cell phone is probably pinging off the same tower.

I never knew this before but they said Hernandez, not so long ago, owned an illegal firearm and accidentally (yeah right) shot a friend (which was reported the two had been arguing in a night club that same night) in the arm and went through his eyeball. The Miami police have no record of this but the friend is now suing. And now this.

Let's see what the league does about this. This guy appears to be as thug as they come.

Assuming he's guilty, I'll be very surprised if he successfully got rid of all the evidence. That's very hard to do in this day and age.

There are two other people besides Hernandez in this investigation. Someone hopefully will spill their guts.

Of course, the electronic data will only take police so far. If they get to a roadblock as to the question of who pulled the trigger, the simple solution will be to arrest all three men and hope that the two who didnít shoot Lloyd will give up the one who did.
