Anyone who leaves off the running back who was the #1 reason we finally won two Super Bowls needs to be smacked, hard.

Elway
TD
Floyd Little
Randy Gradishar

I would put up no more than one from any position. Little was the franchise.

Elway
Little
Gradishar
Atwater

This. No arguments.

I think Rod Smith is the greatest Bronco not named John Elway.

Elway
Smith
Sharpe
TD or Atwater

Elway and Little are locks. The rest are up for debate. Lean towards Sharpe and Gradishar.

Could go with any of these: Atwater, Louis Wright, Champ, Tom Jackson, Dennis Smith, Mecklenburg, Rod Smith, Al Wilson, TD, Zimmerman, Tombstone, and Manning after 2 rings. Glad we've had so many great players.

The way Wilson and Tom Jackson played I wouldn't disagree with them being there.

Broncos Mt. Rushmore coming Friday

The Mt. Rushmore process moves to the AFC West on Friday, with the team that has won the division the last two years.

The Broncos, who once won a pair of Super Bowls with John Elway on the field, is now shooting for another one (or more) with Elway running the football operation.

It’s a given that Elway will have one of the spots. Vote for him and up to three others from the 12 finalists below.

We’ll pull the sheet off the mountain, as we always do, on NBCSN’s Pro Football Talk.

Who's on your Broncos' Mt. Rushmore?

Steve Atwater
Champ Bailey
Pat Bowlen
Terrell Davis
John Elway
Randy Gradishar
Tom Jackson
Floyd Little
Karl Mecklenburg
Mike Shanahan
Shannon Sharpe
Rod Smith
Mine are highlighted. Meck to get in just because he got screwed from Canton. He deserves to be in both.

Champ is the greatest player the Broncos have ever had. Yes he is better CB than Elway was a QB. Any list without him is fraudulent.

We've won two playoff games since he became a Bronco. So no.

another myth..... Little was not why the Broncos remained in Denver..... Gerald Phipps not once, but twice ponied up the money to keep the franchise from relocating.

He is the only HOF player that has played for Denver in the last 10 years.

By your logic Floyd Little is not worthy either.

and besides that Denver is winning the SB this year.

Good point. I guess it's Shannon Sharpe then...

I understand that. He said the Broncos have only won two playoff games since Champ came. I was merley pointing out that Champs has not exactly been surrounded by top talent.

I mean Elway, Davis, and Sharpe all played together!!! Of course Denver won playoff games. Champ has had Jake Plummer, Brian Griese and Tim Tebow at QB.

Of course this all becomes a mute point after Denver wins the SB this year.

This would have been nice as a choose 4 poll question so we could see if the Mane's voting matches up to Pro Football Talk's.
