Does not have to be the trigger man to be charged with and convicted of murder. Having any involvement whatsoever is enough.

New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez always seemed to be around trouble, even when he played for the Florida Gators.

Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in the execution-style murder of a semi-pro football player, law enforcement sources told ABC News on Thursday.

When Hernandez was at UF, he was once questioned, along with three other Gator football players, about a shooting in Gainesville. None of the players were arrested, but detectives questioned Hernandez in the shootings of Corey Smith and Justin Glass about 2:30 a.m. after Florida lost to Auburn in 2007. According to a Sentinel report at the time, police said Smith, 28, and Glass, 19, were driving around in traffic about 2:30 a.m. when a man began shooting into their car. Smith was critically wounded in the head while Glass was shot in the arm.

Police are back at the home of New England Patriot's tight end Aaron Hernandez today with another warrant based on evidence that "he destroyed his home security system,'' an investigator close to the case told ABC News.

The investigator, and other law enforcement sources, confirmed that the security system - which included video surveillance - was smashed intentionally.

And a cell phone used by Hernandez was handed over to investigators "in pieces'' by his attorneys, the sources said.

Police also want to know why a team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub Hernandez's mansion, sources told ABC News.

I hate it when someone randomly smashes my security system and cell phone.

Makes sense. One often feels the need to randomly destroy a five figure security system at one's domicile.

In all seriousness he's ****ed. My guess was he probably wasn't the trigger man, but his money was funding something shady (drugs, loansharking etc.) and this Odin kid was either a threat to **** that up, stole money from him, or didn't pay money back to him.

Hernandez will be the next Ray Lewis, acquitted and becomes religious. Thanking god in every interview, will decline to talk about this case etc.

Na, he's going down hard for this one.

Between this and his background, he won't get the Ray Lewis chance. And even if he somehow got off with the law, Goodell won't **** around with it either like Tagliabue would.

Quick, get him a white Ford Bronco.

"This is Gronk. I've got A.H. in the car."

If this case goes to trial with Hernandez as a defendant in a murder charge Goodell will **** on him hard, I mean it is going to be brown rain for days like he has had nothing but raw chicken and beans for weeks.

Yeah, I am just always skeptical when athletes get serious charges like this facing them. Look at OJ, Ray Lewis, Donte Stallworth etc etc. The list goes on, these guys get great lawyers and get off scot-free.

Looks like Hernandez wanted to be a Miami Hurricane after all. Being a Gator doesn't have the Thug life clout especially after Timmy Boy went to Florida.

Theres almost too much circumstantial evidence to ignore. That being said, there is no "smoking gun" at this point.

Except for a dead guy last seen leaving with Hernandez, boxes of forensic evidence, smashed security system and cell phone.

Yup, he probably thinks all traces of his calls and texts are gone, too!

Just wait until Obama unleashes the NSA on this guy!
