Default 2013 Ticket Thread

If it's ok with the moderators, i was hoping we could post a new "ticket thread" in Central Discussion until the season starts. Then we can move or merge? I know that people might not be making some decisions until later, but maybe we could give it a start?

Selfishly, i'll post first. I'm coming in for the Great American Beer Festival in October, so I am looking for 2 lower level tickets for the Jacksonvillle game on October 13th.

PM me if you have 2 to sell. Thanks!

Don't have any to sell but I am toying with the idea of going to the New England game. Any Boston people have any suggestions on tickets, places to stay, etc?

If anyone wants preseason tickets... I gots them.

Face value $65, but ticket exchange will only let me go down to $75. No one wants preseason tickets for $75, and as such, I never am able to sell them.

Instead of $75 on ticket exchange... how bout $45 on the Mane?

I will sell my 12th row South Stands (lower bowl) tickets for preseason at $50 a pop. They are now $82 seats so good value. Preseason always sells out and is one of the hottest tickets on the market. Get them now!

For anyone trying to "sell or get rid of" their preseason tickets, try and find a charity that has a fundraiser and silent auctions and donate them, you can write them off, I know it's not "cash in hand" but you are doing a good thing. I donate my preseason tickets for the second game every year and I know someone has a good time with them. If you don't want to go that route find the local big brother big sister (or other type group) and ask them if they want them, again you can write it off if you donate them to a non profit organization...just a thought

Yeah such horse **** how they handle preseason.

Like I completely understand they don't want to devalue their product during the regular season, but come on, preseason they could throw us a bone.

Although I did sell either 2 or 4 tickets to a preseason game at face value last year. The little known Manning effect.

Anyone know if Giants tickets go on sale to the general public at all? Heading to New York in September for the game.

Yeah, they just closed out ticket upgrades for all the season ticket priorities earlier in the beginning of June. If you split your ticket fee in two the second invoice was due in June. So now they have to reconcile the changes and then send the tickets out from printing.
