The smartest thing he could do. Even if he had absolutely nothing to do with this crime, just talking to the police can get you in deep shiat. I learned this on YouTube.

For the record, if 10 police cars showed up at my house and they came in with a search warrant for anything, let alone a homicide investigation, I would immediately try to contact legal counsel. And I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

Also, when police say that so-and-so isn't a suspect, what they really mean is that so and so is definitely a suspect to some extent but we really don't yet have enough to take him into custody.

Aaron Hernandez - TE - Patriots

A law enforcement source tells WBZ-TV in Boston that Aaron Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in the ongoing homicide investigation.
Take this with a grain of salt as there's just one source and an issue of semantics looms. It's possible Hernandez hasn't been ruled out simply because he hasn't yet told his story to the authorities. The report also states that the victim is Odin Lloyd, 27, of Dorcester. Lloyd was a linebacker for the semi-pro Boston Bandits. State police detectives knocked on Hernandez's door Wednesday morning, but no one answered. They made a brief phone call and then left. On Tuesd

Aaron Hernandez - TE - Patriots

The family of Odin Lloyd tells WBZ-TV that Lloyd dated the sister of Aaron Hernandez's girlfriend.

The pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together. Lloyd's body was found roughly a mile from Hernandez's home, in the vicinity of a rental car connected to the tight end. WBZ-TV is reporting that Hernandez is not cooperating with police and has not been ruled out as a suspect. He's wisely getting lawyered up.

This is a tragedy and I feel bad about all involved, but the football side of it has me smiling. Does that make me a bad person.

Looks like Tebow is #2 at Tight End and #3 at QB. He is moving up the charts for playing time, one murder at a time.

Anyone think Bellicheat could have helped Hernandez in this situation?

Is this related? What is this guy up to?

It would be irresponsible not to speculate.

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. -- Investigators plan to execute a search warrant on an Enterprise rental car registered to New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez on Wednesday, sources told ABC News, two days after a dead body was found near the car about a mile away from his home.

Hernandez was cooperative with police Tuesday night, sources told ABC News. The investigation is expected to continue through the week.

The search of the vehicle was planned after police spent hours ...

given the fact that one of his whack job fans advocated taking a crowbar to Kyle Orton head and knees.... and another one hoped that Peyton Manning would break his neck..... and another one proposed the idea of how much better it would be if John Elway and John Fox died in a plane crash, it would not surprise me in the least that one of his whack job fans killed this guy just to take Aaron Hernandez out so Tebow can move up the depth chart.

So is shooting someone in the face a suspendable offense even for a Patriot?

Only problem is they think Tebow needs to be a starting QB not TE so I think they would have aimed at Brady instead.

I think they need to start Tebow at QB and line Tom Brady up in the slot once Danny 'Balsa Wood' Amendola goes down with an injury.

Shouldn't we be referring to him as "future Raider Aaron Hernandez"?
