Trying to get a get together over on the other page for a home game at Denver. You should put your input in DB. Yes..No..Maybe.....Gator, Utah and myself may make a road trip to the.....hopefully Redskins game. Lucas is going to organize it and Bleeds is in. So is Yi.
There'd be no way I could make it out there this fall/winter. Would if it was a west coast game but not as fun as the home games. Maybe if you guys use a cardboard cut out of Mark walhberg and stick an iPad on its face I could FaceTime myself on it.

If he does, wow, I should be picking my lotto numbers instead of using quick pick. How hard is it to pick the Masters champion and then right back and to pick the US Open champ. What are the odds.

Incredible shot by Phil but Rose just put one right by the pin. Going to be a nice back 9.

This is shaping up to be epic.

What a way to kick start the round, he hasn't made a putt all day and you wondered where the birdies would come from.

How many leader changes has there been ? And look at all the players getting close enough to start getting tv time and then they just disappear. Brutal.

P U S SSSS Y.

Hey, I'm needing to start taking some road trips. It's a mid life thing. I'd make it over there for a Raider/SF game if you show me around town and help me find some strange...probably wouldn't be until next year.

Haha as long as you stay away from the Castro District. SF is about 2 hours north of me. I don't know if Cali can handle the Idaho swag

Phil has pissed this away with two awful wedge shots on 13 and 15.

Rose needs two pars to win it.

Well done Rose, quality golfer.

Completely gutted for Phil though, aside from Ogilvy at Winged Foot I doubt any 2nd will haunt him more. The bogeys on 13 and 15 were abysmal.

And I'll be surprised if he ever uses that putter again.

I think Phil is one of those guys that just has a second place mentality.

That's about as wrong as a take can be.

He's top ten all time for wins on the PGA Tour, and only 18 players have bettered his 4 major wins.

It's fair to say that at times in his career he's failed in the clutch, sadly he doesn't always produce his best golf at the end of tournaments. But he always plays to win, no doubt about it in my mind.

2 Things that really struck me today. Phil had so many quality shots just rim right off the hole. Also, I can't believe some of the things that dropped for Rose. That's the way golf is sometimes. Seems cruel, and it is cruel. This is now 6 2nd place finishes for Phil in a US Open. Tough pill to swallow. Not nearly as bad as Nicklauses 19 2nd place finishes in a major. I'm sure there's a part of him that was saying, good lord I should have like 28 majors.

It's a subtle thing. It's akin to when we refer to as "It"

Elway has it, Manning may not.

Tiger has it, Phil may not .

It's when the game is on the line and the pressure the greatest the guys with "It" reach inward for another level of presence and find the zone.
