His input on this thread is pretty much the same thing as opening up a birthday thread and then saying "It makes me sick that all of you are wishing this poster a happy birthday because I think he's an a-hole". Um... so what? It doesn't mean everyone else has to think he's an a-hole too. And no one forced him to open the thread. Just as one expects the content in a "Happy Birthday" thread to be birthday greetings, when one opens a Memorial Day thread, it's not unexpected... nor "sickening"... that one is going to see "thank you to the veterans". And in all candor, I've never seen anyone object to that before.
