You're right. All things don't exist in a vacuum, and that's why I don't assume any of the circumstances that took place in that game would've taken place in quite the same way if you trade out Miller for Peterson. I just know that we are a worse team with that trade off, and I'm not inclined to believe a worse team wins that game. And besides, if we have Peterson we probably don't have Holliday, and I'm sure not going to assume that Peterson gets two return TDs just because Holliday did.

I'd put a 99.999% chance that the Broncos don't make the playoffs in 2011 without Von Miller. No 2011 playoffs, no Manning. The best part about Von is his ability to make plays in crunch time.

Werewolf.

This kid reminds me so much of Julian Peterson who was hell on cleats as well.

I can see the comparison. I think Von's more explosive, and more of a LOS player while Peterson was a little more of a traditional LB and a lot more comfortable in his drops, but that's a good comp to draw about the similar mold of the player itself.

Peterson wasn't bear the pass rusher Von is. Von could have more career sacks than he had his whole career after this year. Von reminds me of Derrick Thomas or Merriman his first couple years.

So you think Miller uses steroids?

Why do you hate Von so much?

No on the roids. I hate him because he is no Patrick Peterson. I mean Denver easily wins last years Superbowl and the next 5 if they drafted him. EFX doesn't know what they are doing.

Why isn't Peterson's current team in the middle of a five in a row SB streak?

I'd take Miller over Peterson easily.

Im not surprised the point was lost on you.

Either way, good job keeping up your "Turn every Miller conversation into one about Peterson" streak

I agree, they are both great players. Both Arizona and Denver should be thrilled with them. You could just as easily sit here and whine and cry everyday about Denver not drafting Watts instead of Miller. Watts is great just like Miller and Peterson. AND all the team are happy they drafted that player they got.
