There's not much to analyze. If there's something over there, you'll find a thread here to post the link.

I know, posting Broncos relevant info on a Broncos discussion forum is just terrible!

If/when you start posting anything of value I'll start linking your posts if that makes you feel better.

He was already capable of just bulldozing tackles over, so him even bigger and stronger will be interesting.

Maybe we'll see more stuff like this:

I do hope Von continues with the yoga, it's extremely valuable for core training/conditioning and flexibility. I understand what he wants to do in bulking up but I hope he realizes that he can do both, bulk up and do some yoga too. The yoga will be more difficult but very effective in his overall health IMHO.

Nothing wrong with IAOFM. Good source of info. It's just seems that everything that Tony post lately is from the site. Nothing more.

Maybe he notices he has heard it before and then put two and two together (or is it 1 and 1 together?).

Anyways, anyone else think he is bulking up so he can hold even more cash while hanging out with the sluts of Vegas? If so, can't wait to see his new sneakers.

Here is that thread:

To the extent this is even true (it's not, by the way) who the **** cares? If it's Broncos related, does it matter where it comes from? If it came from the DP or PFT or whatever would it make any difference? If I see something about the Broncos I find interesting, no matter where I see it, I post it for discussion. If people don't like it they should either not read it or put me on ignore (or, heaven forbid, add something to the discussion!) rather than following me around commenting about where I'm getting my info.

I just think in most cases bulk costs speed. Maybe not much. Maybe not noticeably. Just not sure why you'd want to mess with a good thing. Improvement will come with experience more than anything.

Yo, REV!

Do... do... d'you remember the time when ... when I said Miller was be ... bee ...
below average size, and you ... you said he was big? You member that?

And do ... d'you ... you 'member the time I predicted Von would have 12 ...
12 sacks, but you said no way, and then I was right? You 'member that?
That was AWESOME!

To help refresh your recollection, I have chosen characters that most closely approximate how you perceive us, the images you have of yourself and me.

Remembering should be simple. I'll wait right here.

remember when everyone was questioning why Tiger fiddled with his swing? "why mess with a good thing?" "it's won him multiple majors, makes no sense to adjust." because he knows that his current structure is not sustainable for the duration he desires and more important he wants to exceed his own goals and expectations. by changing it up he allows himself more options to attain his goals and allow for continued improvement.

once you're satisfied with being where you're, it means you're not working hard enough.

didn't von play at 237 at some point in his Broncos career? i could have sworn he got smaller than 246 at one point.

Broncos and NFL listed him at 237 as a rook ... there's higher rookie weights like the 246 elsewhere. He could've easily dropped 9 pounds in camp and early season. I'm glad to see this article, because regardless what he's listed at, he seems slim to me.

I hope the Rev knows this is all in fun.

For me.
