I'm a Broncos fan too, they should draft me.

Unless Moore is going to SS, I don't get where all this Champ to FS and this dude to FS, etc, etc, is going.

Is that their theme for the draft?

"We weren't expecting you to be there"

Two coverage safeties is the way things are moving these days, so I don't have any issue believing it a possibility.

He's fast, he's smart, and he is a good tackler.

You can never have enough talent at DB.

**** Rahim Moore.

What's the problem again?

I think I'll wait until I see this guy play before I declare this the worst draft pick ever.

I understand that Moore blew it at the worst possible time. But what if Webster is to replace Adams. He can cover which Adams fails at and he likes to hit people. Adams is the same height and 5 pounds heavier. I think we can put 5 pounds of muscle on the kid.

You know I think Denver coaches realized that they might just need to carry more CBs on the team instead of safeties. Adams, Leonhard really slowed down the team last year. Moore is fast for a safety but not as fast as a CB.

Out of the 10 DBs don't be surprised if Denver keeps 7 true CBs.

Wait and see.

Sarcasm or just insane optimism?

That means Adams, Moore and Carter are our safeties and we're probably dumping Adams after this year.

I won't be shocked if they convert the kid into a safety. He looks very physical and that kind of speed at safety is a nightmare for QBs.

Well, Webster could move to safety and next year Champ could move to safety.

Don't get caught up in all this safety stuff. I think they will just keep 10 or 11 DBs and it won't matter so much if they are CBs or safties. They want speed. Champ, Webster, Harris could all play safety. In the nickle and dime packages it doesn't matter so much where they line up.

I'm guessing no one had this kid in their mock draft so you are all pissed off? If this site proves one thing there is nothing better then being hated on draft day! Bunch or armchair GMS that just like me could not make a top 100 list without tons of media help. So you can download a top CB's list? Meh. GO BRONCOS!

No rookie makes a good safety for a team trying to win the superbowl unless he is super special. Broncos looking for guys they think can help this yr. Safety was not a huge issue last yr and Moore is going into his 3rd yr when players make a big leap. He learned his lesson, his fired up and working hard and unlike how people on the board thoought he is not ruined or mentally ****ed up. He's a going to be a good player for us this yr.

Running backs? They can play easily first yr smart choice by Elway. Not saying this Ball kid the best RB, who knows. But it makes sense to pick a RB there. Would have been nice to get a young middle linebacker but oh well i trust Elway felt no one in the 3rd round could start this yr.

Gotta trust Fox with DBs. So many people talk about him in relation to his DLs, but in reality he is a DB coach, that understands the importance of the DL. If Fox is happy with this pick, then they must see something.

I like how all of you GM's out there are saying it was a bad pick or that we could have got him tomorrow or next week, as if you you know jack ****. Shut up and enjoy the draft. You don't know how any of these guys will project as players for us. The highest pick could be out of the league in a few years and the 6th round pick could be an all pro. So seriously, STFU already.

since when is a nearly 200 lb CB with 4.4 speed a bad pick? you all were b****ing about needing to draft a CB and we took one. now you all b**** because it wasn't the one you wanted.

you guys complained about Bolden last year and he was one of our better special teamers. plus the staff is excited about his potential role for this season.
let the team do the draft and react during training camp.

It wasn't really a big team need, but if Denver was high on him... I'm okay with the pick. No idea how long he would have lasted, if we didn't take him

No one is going to buy a Webster jersey, but I think we all agree that we're cheering for him.

Until he makes a bad play in preseason that will cause people to curse him, his family, and wish him death. Go Broncos!
