DJ stinks at playing physical ball. He runs around blocks not through them. Bears will be sorry they tried to play that turd at MLB. I give him about a season before he dui's again. He has a drinking problem he can't control.

If I wasn't posting by phone at work id post that Kermit the frog masterbating GIF. Quick someone post it.

Seriously DJ reunited with Jay? That's epic. Now Briggs needs to recognize....and give up his number. There's a new sheriff in town Lance....and you're not him.

Do you think they will let you be a mod on the Bears site?

I think you should seriously change your name to SoCalBearsfan. Everyone knows they've been your favorite team for a few years and this pretty much ices it.

It goes.

1. Bears
2. Redskins

3. Broncos

It's really too bad the Bears couldn't have Shanahan as a head coach. I'm holding out hope if Shanny is canned next year that he goes to Chi-town and Broncos northeast is in full swing.

Socal can officially become a Bear fan now. In reality DJ was the best average LB I have ever seen. A lot of posters here act like he was Derrick Brooks when he was the definition of average. I'm glad he is not a Bronco anymore and like Woodyards game a lot better.

Nobody here has ever claimed that DJ was an All-Pro. DUIs and fake urine aside, he did everything that was asked as a player. He played under a ton of different coordinators and was switched from position to position. I am not sure ever heard a story of him complaining.

I give him the benefit of the doubt. He never had the luxury of a solid, consistent coordinator at any point in his career. He should have always remained at ROLB and maybe he would have take his game to the next level. Calling him average is insulting.

That's not something you can just put aside. How many games was he unavailable last season?

I think he had talent to be better than average, but aside from his rookie year, he was pretty much an average player while he was in Denver.

Blasphemy! I could totally see the parallel but it is not better.

I do wonder if DJ is going to car pool with Briggs.

I actually like what Tressman(sp?) has done so far, duh bears have been so hard to root for with idiots like Urlacker on the team. I think Tressman can make enough smart moves to compete in their conference but they are still a way off from beating a team like San Fran or even Seattle without a lot of luck.

Why would you move a playmaker to SLB and replace him with an average WLB? Briggs isn't moving for 90 percent of the LB's in this league and he sure isn't moving for DJ.

don't know. I'm not sure why dabeeerrrzzz even brought DJ in in the first place, your guess is as good as mine. I know they need a MLB and I know DJ is not the answer there so what gives?
