come on down Mr Freeney. i am absolutely fine with the team moving to make sure they have that pass rusher opposite of Von. Doom is not understanding the market value of his position. he thinks that horrible McDickless deal is what he can expect again, when he will be lucky to get another offer in the range of the one his agent just ****ed up. if he wants to be greedy or stupid, let him play in a city like Pittsburgh or Baltimore where they aren't close at all to winning another super bowl.

the Pats want to pay players pennies on the dollar for the joy of being used like cattle in New England. for all the wins there is an animosity towards that franchise.

I wish we would have had a chance at an Avril, Bennett, Barwin, even Barnes.. They are all younger and have talent.. And none of them broke the bank, just quality signings..

I don't know about you guys, but I just want this over. If I have to read another article or hear someone else say Elvis has left the building I will punch a baby.

The immediate issue will be over soon enough, but we will be hearing about this one on the Mane for a while. Especially once people start comparing stats during the season.

I know. On a side note I want Abraham just because the Patriot fans thought they had him locked up and are pissed that he is on his way to visit us.

The funniest is going to be when he goes somewhere else for about the same amount we offered and he doesn't do a whole lot or have a real good chance to win the super bowl.

I know people want the drama over with, but there's really no deadline for Doom or the Broncos to get this worked out. Just because Doom is shopping doesn't mean he's gone. Both sides need to explore all their options. I think it's most likely that he remains a Bronco because it seems unlikely that he'll get more money elsewhere.

With the report that he is "underwhelmed" by the Bronco's offer, I'm not sure I agree.

Oh I don't know maybe so we can move on and look to upgrade before the remaining FA's die of old age.

I hope Freeney and Abraham have as much production as Simeon Rice had!

Now, what WILL annoy me are those that are going to **** on Doom once he leaves. Regardless of how this plays out, give the man some love for what he did here.

I'd be curious to hear the trash talk if Von Miller left. Not that it's going to happen in the next ten years.

Oh, I see. I thought you meant at DE. Still, it doesn't seem like we're awfully interested in anyone that's left.

Well it is hard for the FO to move forward and wait on Doom at the same time. Had Doom re-signed, I think Denver would have been visiting with secondary help. Lucky for us players seem to be finding the same meh market Doom is and they are still available.

Honestly I think this all ends one way or another soon after the meeting with Abraham. We will know the asking price of all three players and we can make one more offer to Doom should he still be out there.

Honestly I'm perfectly fine with starting Ayers and rotating in one of those old guys as a situational pass rusher. I really thought Ayers showed improvement as a rusher last year.

Sign Abraham and Ahmad Bradshaw with Dumervil money and you'll be good to go.
