This makes MLB, DT and RB the top 3 picks in the draft.

then Denver replaces a player who didn't break the bank with another guy who doesn't break the bank.

We just signed Vickerson and Knighton. I don't think DT is a priority. I DO think they will go BPA.

if hes that great we can always tag him or re-sign him before he hits the market.

Pretty much an unbelievable day. But it is a day the Broncos should always have. We're God's team. Everyone knows it.

Geathers, Barnes or another big-bodied DT with two gapping ability to groom. Those guys are only here for two years and Unrein was ERFA. I'm guessing a third or fourth round guy. We still need another guy in the rotation.

I wouldn't have a problem with that pick personally. This offense with that kind of receiving threat at TE would be completely unstoppable. If we then landed someone like Le'veon Bell in the 2nd round (3rd round if I'm dreaming)? Holy **** would that be crazy...

We only have 4 on the roster, Knighton, Vickerson, Siliga and Unrein - if we don't add at least another warm body to that rotation we will definitely be drafting one. JDR had quite a few 1st round picks on the defensive line in his time (including Stroud and Henderson).

I agree we will go BPA, but I would be very surprised not to see DT, MLB and RB in some order be the 3 first picks.

This draft is reported as one of the deepest, maybe deepest ever, for DL. I have no doubt DT and specifically DT will be a draft pick. But I don't think it will be a lock that it is a first rounder.

Example 1A) Tracy Porter

I rest my case.

I would imagine we're being mindful of the 2014 salary situation. DT is probably going to want 10 million a year this time next year, so anyone you sign to more than one year better be someone you're confident in. DRC on a one year deal is a pretty perfect scenario right now.

Good replacement for Porter and some short term insurance against stalled growth/down year by youngsters.

DRC got flagged a lot last year and had some bad games. That team didn't generate much pressure at all. Not many corners signed, this is like Porter last year. If he performs, he will get extended. If he doesn't no big deal. Glad to see Denver didn't go 3-4 years with him and end up guaranteeing something that wasn't there.

I'm watching Stewart Bradley's press conference and he is impressing me. Very well-spoken, humble and thankful to be on a winning team. Who knows what he brings to the table, but he sounds hungry and eager. Says the staff at Dove Valley has a confidence about them that is encouraging and awesome to see as a player.

Knighton's presser is good too. You guys should watch 'em.

Like Porter last year? It's a crapshoot. Plus, it gives the team cap flexibility. If he performs well, the Broncos could extend him and keep him anyway.
