Pats must have been offering peanuts if he accepted a two year deal.

This screws up the Broncos WR for fantasy football but they are still going to be sought after. But Manning could be in line for a monster yr. Welker will put so much pressure on a teams underneath coverage its going to give DT and Decker a lot of chances downfield to make big plays. You need 3 really good corners to play the Broncos or you might be in real trouble.

2 years $12 million? That's pretty damn good for a guy who just caught 118.

He signed his deal under the old CBA. Under the old rules, he'd only be a restricted FA. Not sure if the old rules apply to deals signed under the old CBA?

No, Brady missing him wide open and throwing behind him was the reason. Gisele is hot and all but don't listen to her when it comes to her husband throwing and catching the ball.

Wes Welker lands a two-year, $12 million deal from the Broncos.

WOW...that is cheap.

I would think that or Greg Jennings. If they don't get someone for Gesielle soon she is going to get all PMS on Billy Boy.

Broncos WRs are terrible for fantasy anyway, always have been. We have no consistent WR1 and Peyton always spread it around in the endzone

So we basically traded D.J. Williams for Welker. Elway rules!

That's a catch he makes 99 out of 100 tries in regular season. Off target or not it should've been caught

Now it's time to place a call to Steven Jackson's agent, give him a whiff of the future Lombardis.

I find a strong negative correlation between games watched and obsession with WR drops. The league leader board in drops every season is a "who's who" of the guys every team would love to have. Everyone was bringing up Wallace's 6 drops meanwhile the Steelers fans sure wouldn't mind if they could replace him with AJ Green...and his 9!
