Make me an offer over Pm. 86 is officially up for the highest bidder. I was going to move down to get Collins and now, need picks!

Currently have 3 offers on the table, significantly better than the 7th, so you will have to do better than that

I could do the 5th and 6th. I have no idea about what if any compensatory picks oakland might get.

Cincinnati is looking to move up into the comp pick area in the 4th round provided our player is still available at the time of selection. This selection should be valued around 40 points.

The Bengals are offering Pick 21 in the 5th Round, roughly a 30 point value, and Pick 22 in the 6th Round, an 18 point value. The Bengals are requesting a 7th Round selection in return to create fair value.

Thank You.
