That makes sense! Was it you or DB4L who called him your favorite LB prospect? I don't like Collins in Tampa, I think he would flourish in a 3-4.

Yep, like as a pass rusher to replace a done Dwight Freeey in INDY?

Mayock elevated him this week, to 2cd as his 3-4 OLB. I can't believe he was rated so low, then he rose before I could trade up to get him.

Thanks, but people are killing the talent portion of the draft this year. The value part, not so much. However, the talent is pervasive in the second and third and I have Nothing to show for it.

As for Williams, I could not trade back and he was my highest rated player on my board. Slight reach, but I pick by BPA there, not value. Value kicks in in the third round and Collins might be a early second rounder in April.

Not a good year to be a Colt!

Yes. Especially Indy.

Traveler may look better if a 3-4 team takes him as it will look like a great pick based on how we only review player name and production.

But sorry, as far as scheme fit, it's a terrible fit and he's being praised..

The Lions took Cliff Avril who was the third rated OLB on some draft sites in the 3rd round to play DE. He was 255 at the combine and is playing around 260 now. Don't be shocked if I do something similar.

Now why do you think Jamie Collins can't come in and replace Adam Hayward right away?

As of now, still would've been better for the team.

Said back then we were going to have nightmares covering up the middle in a perma 43 under/52 look. Meanwhile, not a single tight end has been covered since and we just lost a playoff game due to no pressure and poor one on one coverage.

Sooooooooooooooooooooo yeah.... Good slam...?

Also, we can call Sherman better when he matches up against the opposing #1 all game.

I think Miller makes more sense, but PP is no slouch either. And I think Sherman is overrated, but still a tremendous value. I wanted him badly, but someone got him right in front of me. Plus, he is very scheme dependent where as PP is more versatile.

Sherman's obviously incredible.

...but there's also a reason Deion laughed in his face when he said he was the best in the game.

Miller will make more sense when we can get a MLB that cover the intermediate with Wesley. Until then, it's a race to the QB or we're ****ed... as we have been against good competition that can exploit that glaring weakness.

My humble opinion, is that this particular player would struggle at RDE. He doesn't have an explosive first step, he doesn't have the pass rushing moves, and he doesn't have the strength to hold up at the point of attack. He would be much better suited in my opinion to attack coming off the edge where he is protected by a DE and able to read and react..

That doesn't apply for everyone obviously..
