Good, that's another CB to put into the 2nd round. Broncos should be able to get a good one.

Who's better Slay or Banks? Can't find any video on Slay barely.

Slay is shooting up boards last i saw.

Lots of DB talent for Denver to take round 1 or 2 depending on who they want.

Montee Ball ran a 4.46 and a 4.53 at his pro day. Down from his 4.66 at the combine.

Everyone ALWAYS runs faster at their pro day -- it's hard to take the times seriously. I think the main value is in getting measurements on non-combine guys (and even then, always add 0.2 to any 40 time that they run.

4.5 is slow for a corner at a pro day i agree. They will run them outdoors with the wind.

Arizona quarterback Matt Scott 'blowing up' Pro Day

Arizona quarterback Matt Scott is making a big move up draft boards. After showing well at the NFL Combine in February, he is reportedly putting on an impressive encore performance at Arizona Pro Day on Thursday in front of NFL scouts.

According to Pauline, the Jacksonville Jaguars were well represented in Tucson to watch Scott work out. Team reps from the Arizona Cardinals were also on hand. Both of those teams finished among the bottom five in the league in terms of passer rating.

More: Jaguars 'well represented' to watch Scott Big Cat Country

Scott possesses excellent measurables. In Indianapolis, he ran a 4.69 40-yard dash after weighing in at 6'2, 213 pounds. He was very productive in Rich Rodriguez' spread-option offense last season, completing 60 percent of his passes for 3,620 yards, 27 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. On the ground, he added 506 yards and six touchdowns on 113 carries.

Scott is No. 9 on Dan Kadar's latest ranking of the top quarterbacks in the 2013 NFL Draft class. If he was a bit raw in his footwork and mechanics during the season, however, he is apparently showing marked improvement in workouts. Scott will be a name worth monitoring until the NFL Draft in late April.

2013 NFL Draft: Source says TCU WR Josh Boyce has broken foot.

Sucks I don't think he gets drafted now.

NFP has a good article out on some prospects Pro Days.

Surprising that not one RB Coach went to workout Ball.

Nebraska's pro day

Kyle Reed TE had a reportedly ran in the 4.4s and had a 41 inch vert 19 reps
Rex Burkhead was clocked in the 4.5s
Mike Caputo OC from 2011 was there and weighed in at 305 pounds up from his 275 playing weighted and benched 225 35 times.
Will Compton Vert: 32 Broad: 9'2" 40: 4.54 Pro: 4.12 3-cone: 6.86 60 shuttle: 11.35
Seung Hoon Choi OG, 6'2 295 had 32 reps of 225.

Caputo if he isn't on roids might be a guy to look at for PS. He was picked up by the Vikings last year for camp.

http://blogs.nfl.com/2013/03/07/texa...-end-of-draft/

Quote:
Cody Davis, safety (6-1 7/8, 203) — Davis ran the 40 in 4.42 and 4.41 seconds. He had a 41 1/2-inch vertical and 10-foot-3 broad jump. His short shuttle time was 4.00 seconds and he had a 6.78-second three-cone drill. He had 15 lifts on the bench press.
http://blogs.nfl.com/2013/03/07/matt...zonas-pro-day/
Quote:
Mark Watley, FS (6-1 5/8, 190) — Watley was not a starter, rather a special teamer for the Wildcats. He ran the 40 in 4.44 and 4.47 seconds. He posted jumps of 38 1/2 inches in the vertical and 10-foot-6 in the broad jump. While posting a time of 4.33 seconds in the short shuttle, Watley pulled his hamstring and was unable to continue the workout. He is a likely rookie free-agent pickup following the 2013 NFL Draft.
http://blogs.nfl.com/2013/03/07/glen...inois-pro-day/
Quote:
Glenn Foster, DL (6-foot-3 5/8, 286 pounds) — Foster ran the 40-yard dash in 4.82 and 4.79 seconds, had a 4.45-second short shuttle and a 7.15-second three-cone drill. He recorded a 39 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-9 broad jump. He also had 29 lifts of 225 pounds on the bench press. Foster was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine. Foster had a fantastic workout, and he would have been the top performer in his position group at the combine in the vertical jump and broad jump. Foster will have a lot of scouts scrambling back to the film room to see why he didn’t have a better draft grade and wasn’t invited to the combine.
Michael Buchanan, DE — Kept his numbers from the combine, but weighed 247 at the pro day. He worked out with his hand in the ground as a defensive end.
Hugh Thornton, G — He also kept his numbers from the combine, and weighed 322 at the pro day. He had a very good positional workout.
Akeem Spence, DT — He kept his numbers from the combine, but weighed 306 at the pro day. He also ran the short shuttle, doing so in 4.60 seconds.
Terry Hawthorne, CB — He weighed in at 192 pounds. He ran the short shuttle in 4.20 seconds and the three-cone drill in 4.83 seconds. Otherwise, he kept his numbers from the combine.

Damontre Moore pushes up 19 bench reps at Texas A&M Pro Day (34.75" arm length). Turns in 6.95s 3-cone, which is faster than any other top DE prospect at the combine.

Ezekiel Ansah and Alex Okafor only pushed up 21 at the Combine. Dion Jordan could turn in a similar total at his Pro Day.

I still think Moore is in the first round mix, regardless of having an abortion at the combine. He is probably going to go to a team like the Steelers and rip people's heads off forever. You can't ignore his kind of production in the SEC. Suggs also had a pretty poopy combine back in the day and he turned into a legend. . .
