Bruton needs to come back.

The Broncos also will try to re-sign special-teams standout and backup safety David Bruton before free agency.

I like the idea of Brutton for special teams.. But, does anyone want to see one of the two young safeties come up particularly Duke, to see if he can't fill a similar role at a much cheaper price?

That would depend on who from free agency and if the numbers worked and or who from the draft..

It is all about price. I added the ones in red who could come back if they are priced right. I think either Bannon or Vickerson should be brought back but not both.

With Mays and Williams both likely gone I think they should bring back Brooking for depth, plus he did play real well last year.

I pretty much want the whole team back aside from Porter, Mays, Leonhard, and Gronkowski. I feel like we lost a fluke game in double OT where 95 things went wrong against a team practicing witchcraft and had we beat them we would have won the Super Bowl. I'm all for keeping the team together aside from a few slight changes.

Substitute Matt Willis for Leonhard and I agree. Willis added nothing to this team last year but mistakes.

What are you going to do with Mays and Williams? If Denver cuts both of them they need to re-sign Brooking, who in all honesty played better than both of them last year anyway.

They're aren't on the list. But I'd cut Mays, and negotiate DJ Williams down to about $3Mil. per year for 2-3 years.

Yeah, I knew they weren't on the list but they both will have to be dealt with. I'd like to keep DJ as well, and if Denver cannot find a MLB he can do the job at a discounted rate. If he leaves than I would re-sign Brooking and have him there in case Irvin and Johnson are not ready to step up and be the man at MLB.

For me its all about situational football. I want to keep DJ because he not a total liability in passing situations. But on the other hand his an idiot off the field with DUIs and stupid on the field with tweeting out part of the playbook. I mean I'm afraid he'll spill the beans over a BJ during an away game. I would.love it Irving stepped up or Johnson or Travathan(sp). But for whatever reason the coaches haven't seen in practise or tape to warrant a start. That's not to say they won't.
