This same administration sinks boats to create reefs for habitats and destroys other habitats because they're apparently unsightly, regardless if whether or not they take out tens of thousands of protected fish in a single shot.

i caught the biggest yellowtail of my life fishing the rigs off southern california. It's a challenge also because they hit the live bait then run back for the rigs to safety.
