Hoorah. The Senate finally has done something to break this. This is a sign of bi-partisan progress. Definitely needed this. I'm heartened this can lead to some more bi-partisan progress. This is a big deal.

The Senate filibuster, which has delayed Congressional action has finally been modified to streamline the legislative process. It's a big deal that benefits both parties and the country as a whole. Me likey, you stupid dummyheads.
