I wouldn't mind Whisenhunt as the OC. Wasn't he Pittsburgh's OC when he was hired by the cards to be the cards HC?

This would be a great hire, but for some reason I just think that La Canfora is pulling this one out of his ***. Has Schefter weighed in yet?

Speculation. Not sure I'd want him though but who else is out there?

With McCoy coming off market look for Ken Whisenhunt as top candidate for Denver OC if he doesn't get Eagles job. Has relationship w/Manning

Anyone know what the "relationship" with Manning is?

I know they talked about it when Manning was a FA when the Cards tried to sign him. No real details though.

Meh, Would not be the worst hire for sure.

Better than creepy old man Tom Moore

So is he creepy and old, or is him being old = creepy? Moore is a very good coach.

Fitz is loyal and on a LONG contract. Jennings and Welker are far more viable.

I would be OK, with it...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ken_Whisenhunt

One of Whisenhunt's most famous moments as a Steeler is the trick play he called in Super Bowl XL. With Pittsburgh leading 14-10 over the Seattle Seahawks, Whisenhunt called a wide receiver reverse pass (Antwaan Randle El to Hines Ward, the only TD pass thrown by a WR in Super Bowl history) that allowed Pittsburgh to pull away.

Tom Moore would be my first choice, but can't complain about Whiz. He was a shorthair away from winning the Super Bowl a little while ago.

I like the Whiz. He's capable of going off the conservative reservation from time to time.

So Whiz was the Steelers OC. This is why I like him, he will run the ball. As for this SB, it should have been a Seattle win... thanks again refs.

If Whiz doesn't get an HC job and comes here, it will only be for one year.

If KW gets the job, I guarantee you we will upgrade the RB position significantly.

The OLD kind of creepy... watching someone from the bushes, not the digital era "creepy new".

Ryan McBean, for example, is creepy old.
