TE, yes, it would help tremendously to have a great TE out there.
I don't want to replace Vickerson either, but taking a 1st round pick at NT (Vickerson's position) is highly probable. The Broncos still need a penetrator there.

Only replace Kuper if he can't play on that foot anymore, obviously.

I don't think I'd argue with that....if you don't have any effective runners, the argument could be made to pick for that need. Not me personal philsophy, but understandable.

I think we are replacing McGahee though. Not that I don't like him, I just think age and injuries are going to slow him significantly.
