No...I'm not looking to ban anyone. He is certainly entitled to his opinions. That's his right. But I have allegations from more than one poster so to avoid any claims of bias another mod will look into this. I'm trying to be as fair as possible....especially with those who I don't agree with so that there are no claims of bias.

I have publicly speculated that Action is our old friend Casino Royale. While he hasn't admitted it, he hasn't denied it either.

They don't really need to find a reason to ban someone. I've been banned twice and both times there was no actual violation of a written rule. They just make up new reasons to ban and move along.

The funny part is one was in response to shady ass mod'ing and the second was responding to someone who was actively breaking forum rules that weren't being enforced. The mod-team here is pretty much informal and seems to react depending on who your posts are aimed at - aside from the 3 or 4 always enforced rules (family smack and the sorts).

That's why they shouldn't bother with long bans. It brings accusations against new posters but doesn't actually keep anyone out.

They do have their favorites. I know "the neg rep bandit" has been banned and has used multiple accounts during his ban but they did nada.

No he did not come to me about anything. I've seen his allegations on the forum and have received stuff from others as well....it was looked into and the IPs didn't match for either one.

I'd like to think I'm pretty fair about this stuff. I'm not looking to ban anyone and I've said that repeatedly. I had another mod look into things so that no one could claim bias.....looks like that didn't stop you from making dumb accusations though.
