Just because you wish for something, it doesn't mean it's going to happen.
http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showpos...79&postcount=1 According to Adam Schefter, Scott Pioli is not even one of the top four GM candidates to be fired. And who even knows which QB or prospect will be at the top of the draft board once it plays itself out. Going by history, QB will probably go No. 1, weak class or not. But I am going to laugh if Tyler Wilson ends up becoming the top QB prospect and seeing Queef fans try to rationalize and sell a guy they didn't even want. You're 2-13 and there's nothing to brag about here. New/old management could still screw up the pick. Here's hoping the Queefs draft somebody equivalent to this group >>>>>>> George, Maryland, Emtman, Wilkinson, Carter, Keyshawn, Couch, Courtney Brown, Carr, Palmer (no playoff wins), JaMarcus, Bradford (Joey Harrington II). |

Doesn't matter, he will be fired on Dec. 31.
It's already in motion. |

@JasonColeYahoo: Heard from a league source that Scott Pioli will survive in KC, but only with significant changes (new coach,QB).
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...n-kansas-city/ an Rapoport @RapSheet Hearing this, too. RT @AlbertBreer: If Pioli gets another chance in KC, it could be w/the coach he wanted all along - Kirk Ferentz. Lots of smoke about Pioli surviving next year, firing Romeo, and hiring (wait for it, wait for it) Kirk Ferentz ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Good luck to all the kFc fans on their Super Bowl today.
I hope you guys get to watch it past the 2nd quarter before turning off your TV's in disgust and flopping around on your sisters, fixing your Camero's or getting your Mullets trimmed. |

I'm going to laugh when Pioli is retained and they Draft an offensive tackle first overall.

An offensive tackle, or a DT from LSU. Then they will panic and take Landry Jones at the top of the 2nd round when all of the other QB's are off the board.

Pioli is trying to sell Clark on a college coach whose team is 4-8 and they've lost 6 straight?
If this happens, I'm giving up my fan hood. Surely Clark isn't this stupid. Still think Pioli is gone. |

I think Glennon will be compared to Matt Ryan, and Tom O'Brien will give his endorsement. Good kid, clean off the field, prototypical QB, throws a pretty ball, pro-style offense. The Chiefs need a QB, and the GM (Pioli or a new guy) will see how the Falcons did the right thing when they chose Matt Ryan instead of a safer prospect in the top 5.

I just think it's hilarious that while Crennel is going to get fired at the end of this season, his defense did enough last season to prevent KC from getting Luck or RGIII.
Ten years from now while the chiefs still suck and Luck/RGIII have probably won multiple playoff games, chef fans can look back on Romeo and know his team sucked hard but didn't suck hard at the right time. KC will be drafting QB again in a few years. |

I feel bad for Crennel. He wasn't able to keep up his .300 winning percentage after all. On a side note does anyone think he joins the Pats staff this off season?
