Tony Carter inactive? Smh. Is there anything to say he's recovering from an injury? An early Xmas function he's attending? There's no reason he should be inactive.

If they sat Carter because Porter was crying I hope it doesn't bite them in the ass. Carter has been good, last week he got beat a few times but he should not be inactive and porter active.

I just want to know the reasoning and then I may or may not agree with it. Maybe they want porter to get some reps before the playoffs. He's gonna need reps to get back to game speed. Personally I don't see the benefit of using him. He didnt play better than carter this year.

True, but I will tell myself that, as its the OMane way!

It's probably because he tackled (or whiffed) like a pansie on that last Baltimore TD

Maybe Porter just had a really good week of practice and Carter did not. Either way it's nice to finally have some depth at cb past Champ this year.

My guess is Carter is dinged up and they want him healthy for the playoffs.

I think this is good, get Porter's mind back in the game. Porter has to be better than Omar Boldin for Christ sakes.
