When the Broncos are not on TV, and I have to watch online is always a dissapointment... the quallity, the delays (sometimes), but is the Broncos, can't miss a minute of it.

So, I was Googling the difference between SD and HD. This is one site that I found. Does that about cover it? Maybe I have too small of a TV, to make a difference...

1. HD contains a lot more pixels compared to SD
2. HD creates finer images compared to SD
3. SD gets blockier much faster with larger screens than HD
4. HD video must be played in an HD display to get the HD experience
5. SD is still the most prominent format especially in TV broadcasting

It's annoying when you're watching a channel that isn't HD. History Channel 2 for example isn't in HD. Investigation Discovery is also not in HD. When you're watching SD on a tube TV it's not as bad as watching a SD channel on a HD 37'+ TV.

I didn't get my first HD TV until about 6 months ago because I had two other TVs that both worked and I just couldn't justify it. Now that i have seen the light I will never go back.

I actually walked into the living room the other day and my wife was watching something (probably HGTV). I looked at her and said, "the Broncos game is on." A three second stare off occurred as she tried to figure out if I was serious or not. A minute later I was in front of the flat screen and she was watching the crappy tv in the bedroom.
