One man one vote (one woman one vote) is the only way to bring peace to the region.

This would hold true in countries like Kuwait where women have no rights -- just as it would hold true in Palestine.

Jews are a minority in Palestine -- but a very sizable one -- and in a Parliamentary system would have considerable power and influence.
