What's the current moderators' view on posters who create multiple threads consisting of nothing but spam from other websites?

For me, it defines repeatedly opening topics that summarize an article and then directs readers exclusively to the same website, like "informationclearninghouse" which boasts of being "One person's effort to correct the distorted perceptions provided by commercial US media." Yeah. That's spam.

Germany was in a position to defeat Britain. They had the war won on the eastern front. Russia pulled out of the war. Germany could then move its troops from the eastern front to France.

They would have won there too -- but for the entry of the US into the war.
