KM and T Bell both fell down if a slight breeze hit them. but given a little room t bell could at least break a long run.
Buckhalter had good ypc average in Philly as well as Denver...problem was he couldn't stay healthy, so I think he was just a very talented RB. McGahee in a tough between the tackles kind of guy, perfect fit for a power running team....I think they would have been decent RB's no matter who they played for.

Bell on the other hand was very good for the ZBS...a one cut and go kind of guy....and generally the ZBS allows a good size cutback lane which could explain why Bell was able to hit a long gainer. He was less successful in Detroit...and was made expendable in Denver by Mike getting canned as McD tried to turn us into a power running team with a ZBS OL....and Moreno almost gained 1000 yards while splitting carries behind that line.

Knowshon catches a lot of flack due to his where he was drafted....like it's his fault McDaniels thought he was worth the 12th overall pick. At the time he was entering the draft he was considered by almost all of the draft "experts" as the most complete back coming out in '09.

If he gets to play, I think he'll make a solid contribution....as will the other guys

If he does score a TD, I just don't want to see him do anything pelvic related. The dude likes touching his balls (either himself, or on other team mates).

Please Knowshon, no balls...

Huh? When did Moreno and McGahee run behind exactly the same offense. Only real time was last year before Moreno got hurt and he had exactly the same ypc as McGahee did.

I have seen attempts at this comparison before and yes I did look at the stats. They are essentially meaningless considering the offense. You seem quite confused as to when guys were playing and the system they were playing in. Bell always played in the Shanahan system, and excelled at being fast when he wasn't touched, there's a reason why no one picked Bell up again after the 2008 season. Macgahee and Moreno never played in the same system outside of last season, where unfortunately Moreno got hurt before reaping the benefits of the Tebow running game (although it flashed in KC). Buckhalter was the #2 behind Moreno because KM was the more consistent of the two.

you also seem to have the same selective memory about Moreno that others do. Moreno did not go down easy like Tatum did. He didn't get far a lot, due to guys being in the backfield immediately though.

Moreno 20-85-4.3-0td's and 4 receptions for 26 yards....112 total yards.

And even playing this good, we're still gonna hear about the time he tripped himself up trying to avoid Dreesen, or slipped.....
