Honestly i think he is trying to do too much. He knows the OL sucks but he would never come out and say that. He is turning into David Carr right in front of our eyes. I also think he needs another HC because Norv is too much his buddy and wont get on his ass like Marty would of.

I think he woud be fine if he had a better OL but this is the worst OL he has had since he has been here. But, he has made some real bad decisions too so he needs to fix that.
