Best co op game ever made. Been gambling like a fiend. That is best way to get good weapons fast. Level 17 assassin.

So once you get up some cash to blow....at least in a group of two, work the slot machines for iridium. Got over 100 last night. Maxed out my backpack and SMG.

If you guys go to the main menu screen and choose "Extras" then sign up for Shift, you get an extra golden key to use.
I did the same thing Garcia, used the Eridium from the slot machines to max out my backpack. Probably the thing I like most so far is they eliminated a ton of the needless "back and forth" travel for missions. |

Finished the DLC...that was awful and wasn't much of a challenge at all (Lavianthen was incredibly easy and the loot was a huge disappointment). I'm level 37 Gunzerker so I'm not sure what else to do with this game. For some reason the game won't allow me to enter true vault hunter mode. I thought about doing the Siren build, but Gunzerker fits my playing style.
Maybe I'll wait for the other DLC, but if it is as bad as the captain scarlet (sic) I'm going to be pissed for buying the season pass. It also pisses me off that the game "lost" about half of my guns. I farmed the warrior, which isn't a challenge anymore, for a bit and managed to replace most of them, but I lost about 4 items from shift codes which really pisses me off. |

I enjoyed the game, leveled a siren and mechromancer to 50, farmed all legendaries I had any interest in...now not much to do, only so many times I want to run through the story leveling more characters that basically all use the same guns, so I don't really feel that much different playing a commando as I do a siren. Future DLC might keep me interested, I did enjoy scarlett, but there's just not much to do once you hit 50. Farm? meh, what for really? So you can get guns to farm more guns that will be obsolete when they raise the level cap?
Would be more fun if they went back to the BL1 model of chests actually meaning something and drop rates on badasses and regular enemeis need to be greatly increased so it would be worthwhile (and fun) to raid through bandit camps hunting chests and badasses. The 'mmo' model of boss farming in a run and gun game is pretty stupid and although I did a lot of it, it's not something that will keep me playing long term. Also 'raid' bosses in a loot game like this? lol... |
