A win this week should give us the division title. Let's pound rivers into the ground and take a big lead. We have no reason we should not win this game but its a division game against SD.

What kinda sucks is i think if DEN does beat down the sparklers, Norv will get booted the next day.

It won't matter they will be out of playoffs and Norv is getting canned at end of the year anyway.

Honestly I could see this being the team Gruden would come back for. He likes the coast cities and it would given him the chance to go against the Raiders twice a year.

I just want the entire team to play a complete game, I don't even care about domination anymore. This team needs to play like they are going for a playoff bye, don't give anything away and don't make teams better than they are, we have the talent and the coaching to put away these games and we just need to go out there and do our thing.

Something has radically changed with this team since the second half of that game. Reminds me of 2005 when a second half beatdown of the Chargers reversed course for a struggling Broncos team, leading to the best post Elway season to date.

I would say that the games vs NO, Cincy, and Carolina were pretty complete games. Would you agree?

NO yes, Cincy and Carolina not quite. I don't think offensive effort we got in the last 2 games would get it done against quality opponents.

I want games like the New Orleans game every week, no weaknesses, no chances. I want every team in the league to know that if you don't bring your very best in every phase of the game from whistle to whistle you might as well not show up and just take the L because that will be where you end up anyway.

Look at the Patriots, undoubtedly a dominant offense, but they need two end zone turnovers in the 4th quarter to put away the Bills - I don't ever want to be in that situation, I want to be able to put Clark, Osweiler, Willis etc. on the field in the 4th quarter to not risk injuries to Manning, Clady and Thomas.

There was nothing to listen to. I haven't proclaimed great enthusiasm for the Chargers this year or last year.

Reid would probably be just about the worst hire they could make so it will probably be him. That would definitely be a Spanos move.
