The only call I take at 3 am is from my wife and my kids odds of them calling are slim as they are adults and live in different states now..

Prior to retiring my security company telling me there is a break in at my office..

It could have Ronald Reagan calling I would not answer that phone that early..

Has nothing to do with civility on my side but the civility of the caller.. calling to chit chat is rude at best. Calling to say there is a nuclear attack another..

Since there was no radiation fallout the next day, we all know why he called..
