He may not have to if Dumervil's injury proves an issue. But if Dumervil recovers quickly I'd like to see Ayers rotate in for both him and Wolfe regularly. Rotational d-lines are where it's at if you have the talent and depth.

Exactly. We saw a bit of that against Cincy where Ayers was lined up all over the field but his best work came from the interior lined up beside Doom. You can line him up in multiple positions to get him against weaker opposition.

If Wolfe can continue to make strides this offseason then we could have a formidable front four.

Vickerson is showing a lot more than I ever thought he had too. Honestly I'd say we already have a pretty formidable front four.

In PR especially. Lot of versatile guys capable of rushing inside.

Excited for the future of Malik to offset that along the edge.

I also think Ayre's game pumps up Vickerson's. Vickerson also kicked ass today. Both of those guy inside at the same time are a b**** for opposing O linemen. A lot of power to deal with.

Damn! I almost forgot we have Malik Jackson coming along as well. He's only 22. The most complained-about aspect of the Broncos is suddenly facing an embarrassment of riches. Kudos to Elway and Fox. They've turned this sucker around pretty damn quick.

He's actually been very solid this year. He's forcing OL to have to hold him quite often, too bad they're not calling it enough though.

Ayers has always been very good at the run and if he can keep this nice pass rush improvement thing going, we better keep this guy under contract.

Anybody know what his current contract looks like? Just curious.
