My thoughts are that I hope McCoy takes off for a head coaching job in the offseason.

McCoy is proving to be a great OC. I hope he somehow stays but with as many as 8 HC jobs opening up it's odds on he'll get one of them.

...But when Allen left for the Raiders we thought we were the loser but look what happened we got a better DC in JDR.

Sadly, I think McCoy and Del Rio will both be gone next season. Too many teams are going to be replacing HCs.

I've been impressed as of late. Still some calls leaving you to scratch your head though. Those runs on 3rd and long boggle my mind.

You really think he will want another HC gig that fast? I think he will be here for at least another year or two. Hopefully...

Agree. I hate them. But, since PM has the authority to audible on every play, if I'm not mistaken, those could actually be his calls.

Unless you want more 4th quarter and 2nd half collapses! Well actually if Manning is healthy and still chugging along, he can probably help shanny much the same way Elway did.

I actually like McCoy. The guy has proven his worth in adjusting offense to the personnel he has, which is a mark of a good coach

I am OK with McCoy. And I love that it appears the FO may be positioning itself to make a smooth transition if he leaves.

He is too old, but if Manning wants him on the sideline than I am all for it. If he wants him to be the coach, sorry Mr,. Fox than I am all for him being coach.

Manning is friggin AMAZING!!!! Whatever he wants just go ahead and give it to him. Because he is smarter than everyone at Dove Valley and he wants to win more than anyone at Dove Valley, and he is the best player on the team.

at all the people talking up McCoy. The dude is still the most predictable playcaller in the league. Just because he has Manning and two young receivers who are emerging as real playmakers doesn't mean he's a good OC. The guy is terrible. Today was a great example of the disjointed, predicable garbage this guy pulls all the time.

The TD to Stokely was well designed, they got the entire D between the right hash and the right sideline then let Stokely leak out across the grain, it was designed to go that way from the get go. Beautiful play.

I thought today we kept it conservative because we were up on the road. When we needed a big play they were able to dial up one, ie the deep pass to DT on the last TD drive.

I like that he stays with the run and keeps D's honest. Why show all your good stuff when your up big?

That TD to Stokley was another great play design like the Dreesen TD last week, you show one type of play with 10 players on the field all selling that play, meanwhile the guy who is least important to that play is sneaking away and getting wide open for an easy score.

You could tell in the 3rd quarter especially we were being conservative, playing with a big lead against an offense that had nothing to threaten us with. One thing that was a worry was how Tamme and Decker were both shut down, we will need them in games against better teams.

One last thing, Thomas is quickly becoming a beast, he had one drop today but was targeted more than any other player and came up with some beautiful catches and gained some nice yards after the catch as well - he is really starting to look like a dominant target who plays short and long passes equally well.
