A multi-party system wouldn't make things that different. Really, it wouldn't. A Republican from New York has more in common with Democrat from Nebraska than some in his own party. Most of these politicians aren't the same issue to issue. If you think grouping them into smaller, more defined sub-categories will make a difference, it wouldn't. Even in multi-party systems, they have to form coalitions.

If one more state goes blue, Obama wins.

Something just occurred to me. Four years ago, all the Wall Street biggies backed Obama. Then, in this election, they jumped ship and all of them went with Romney. Obama owes Wall Street nothing. Maybe I'll finally get to see some of those greedy bastards do the perp walk.

On another note, it would be nice to see Mitch McConnell's face right now.

Not at all. There's a massive difference between golfing against your playing partner and golfing against an entire field. Having more parties in the mix would force candidates to focus on their message. Mudslinging would be problematic.

Looks like Obama already has 275 of the electoral votes and Romney has 203...

I hope they lock that b**** down. The only thing worse than Obama's first term will be Obama when he doesn't have to pretend to be in the center to preserve reelection.

At least it'll be a retort to those still whining about Gore getting the shaft.

am confused, did Obama lose the popular vote and win the electoral vote? Why is the stuff on the interwebs calling it for Obama? Also why am I up at 4am in the UK? who will be my boss when my brain wakes up? Dude the legalize marijuana thing passed?

Dunno I never trust anything I see after 2000 election. Florida is probably gonna impregnate some chads or something.
