Where are you seeing that Wisconsin went for Obama? I'm IN Wisconsin and watching a huge screen at the university and they aren't projecting it either way yet. Weird.

I guess Wisconsin was declared for Obama already.

It is extremely unlikely that Romney is going to make up a 2% deficit with 80% of precincts reporting in Ohio. He could still squeak out Florida.

Not if you look at the counties that are left. Florida is all Obama needs at this point and it is his.

He wasn't trolling. He was responding to a post of someone whining about black turnout and voting for Obama.

I saw this same sort of election in Iraq. Vote for your [insert affiliation here] - policies be damned.

Well even if he holds there, he would need to win Iowa and Florida. Right now Obama is barely winning in Florida. The panhandle votes are coming in, but if he loses Florida its over. Theoretically Romney could lose Ohio and win Iowa, Colorado and Wisconsin and become President. It looks like a realllllll long shot.

Whining about black turnout?

No... just pointing out that 93% is a pretty powerful indicator of voting along racial lines and not substantive issues.

The wining side is black, brown, yellow, young and has young vaginas. The losing side is mostly bitter white guys and their spouses.

He was absolutely trolling. Was there a reasonable black candidate for president running against George Washington? How about Adams? Jefferson? Stop me when I get to the first president where there might have been a reasonable black candidate...

When people start voting for the candidate who can deliver them the most benefits, democracy loses.

Remember that old saying about asking what you can do for your country rather than what it can do for you? Yeah... a long dead sentiment.

I wouldn't necessarily care if Romney lost if this were an election about the future of the country. Instead, it's all about making people personal promises. The minorities and women were said to be the key to this election. I wonder why that is...

In Dade Co., Obama has a lead of something like 62-38%. And this is a county that has over 100 votes still out there. Even if those %s shift in Romneys favor by 5%, thats's still a huge disparity to add to the lead Obama already has.

That's my concern... how highly populated that area is.

It's also Broward Co.

Florida appears to be a fait accompli for Obama at this point. There arent enough outstanding votes in other places and in Broward and Dade Counties, Obama is getting 60% of those counties.

He can make it up... He closes the gap in votes by .5% for every 3-5% reporting. Should be close!

Yeah I think I'm going to bed. It was a close election. Hard fought. It's sad to see Colorado go for Obama two years in a row. We did hold onto the house. I just really hope Obama decides to compromise and not be the arrogant dick hole he's been this time around.

The fact that Garry Johnson siphoned off 20k votes makes me mad. Third party candidates just give elections to the person least in line with their view. See: Nader in 2000. Anyway, congrats to Obama and to you Democrats. I hope you guys make things better. The country really needs the help. You have an impressive ground game and it's clearly powerful. We'll need to answer again. Hopefully 2014 is like 2010 and we can get the Senate back. See you in two years!

They now have Obama at 243 with Florida's 29 still out there. 243+29=272

The problem isn't the 3rd parties. It's the 2 party system.

It isn't even necessarily the 2 party system. It's ignorant voters.

There's a reason they were soliciting votes from ignorant fools on the streets when the founding fathers wrote up the constitution.
