Cowboys just took an early 3-0 lead. I need Ryan and Austin to have good games tonight and Witten and Roddy to suck. So hope Ryan just ignores Roddy tonight. But still has a big game. Then I go 3-0 in my leagues for the first time all year.
I know, nobody cares but me. |

Maybe Romo should stop b****ing at his teammates considering he is good for at least 2 INTs per game if not more...

Lucky for the Cowboys the NFL was nice enough to void Sean Paytons contract for them.

The cowboys just aren't that good.
The star on their helmets just keeps people talking about them. I mean **** why don't we just talk about the Bucs or Vikings...I guess it's because they don't have that star on their helmet. so overrated; year after year after year... |

Atlanta may be 8-0, but it's been far from a dominant 8-0.

For sure. They aren't what their record says they are.
In a playoff matchup, I would still take Green Bay and NYG for sure. SF scares me a little but I probably still take them over ATL. I just do not know how they would react if Atlanta jumped out to an early 10-0 or 14-0 lead. |

Jason Garrett reminds me a little of Shannyham in his heyday. He starts getting all in love with trickeration instead of just pounding the ball or letting his QB do his thang.
Romo was on fire in the 4th quarter, so what does Garrett do? He repeatedly calls for draw plays "to trick the Falcons!". FAIL. Shannyham was the master of trying to triple-outthink the opposition: "They're expecting run, so we'll pass...but...they'll know that I know this, so we'll run...but then they know I like the double-whammy, so I'll pass!" Result = Ed McCaffrey drops pass looking back into sun thanks to Shannyham ignoring the location of the sun. |

Maybe not on par with some of the Patriot or Green Bay teams we've see recently stay undefeated for a long time, but that WR duo is about as good as it gets, and the rest of the team is well above average. Plus, if they do get a bye, the dome is pretty big home field advantage. I haven't seen any deeper flaws in their team than any other of the top NFC teams, and they just happen to be the only one without a loss.

Agree that they are not as good as their record suggests. Dallas continues to find ways to lose games. 80% of the team are playing their hearts out while the other 20% had their head up their Ash. Drop a pass that gets a first down and changes the game, throw an interception in the red zone, on and on. My theory is that Bronco team is hitting at about 90-95% which is winning games. Looking forward to seeing them close to 100% by years end.
