Default Manning's Cadence

Okay this is probably a stupid question and not thread worthy, however, does anyone have any idea what Manning is saying right before the snap? It sounds like hurry hurry or early early or flurry flurry. Just curious as its been driving me crazy the last few games.

hurry hurry. He usually does a leg hike and then sees the defense and adjusts but it seems like when he says hurry hurry that leg hike the ball is snapped.

I hear him call Omaha a lot as well. Can anyone explain to me what that probably means?

I believe at lot of the words he uses a lot are blocking adjustments, so something like Omaha might mean to shift blocking to the right or left if he expects a blitz from one side.

It could be when Manning recognizes a pirate blitz or a snatch blitz but most likely when he sees fire zone coverage. I hope that clears it up for you .......

Plus I think he hollers nonsense words that help disguise when he's saying something meaningful. That way, the defense can't tell what means something and what doesn't.

I'm pretty sure it's "hurry, hurry" as in snap the ****ing ball we're down to a second or two on the clock.

Without a doubt. Sometimes it's gibberish to try to expose the defense. Sometimes, it's gibberish and really just a hand signal that changes something.

Just Peyton ****ing Manning, being Peyton ****ing Manning.
