The best ribs I've ever eaten were at Arthur Bryants. They do it right too (if you go to the original one). They make their meat in a setup that's been used for like 50 years, so the flavor is there.
There was a KFC about 2 miles from Oklahoma Joe's a few years ago, and it shut down. Oklahoma Joe's is that good. It could be -15 degrees outside with a snowstorm and that place would still have people lined up out the door.
