Arizona is beating #9 USC 39-28 with 5:36 left in the 4th quarter.
Good for Rich Rodriguez. |

in the end all PSU would have is a Pyrrhic victory. it would have dragged the PSU name in the mud even more and cost them more than it would have been worth. plus any defense they would have used in suing the NCAA would open up a whole lot of evidence(and potentially even more issues for the NCAA to investigate) for the plaintiffs when they sue the Jesus out of PSU in a civil case. all that doesn't even include the suspicions that there was a child prostitution being run by Sandusky through his charity that was alleged to include several prominent PSU boosters. so as i said before, they had two choices, take the sanctions or serve the death penalty. i'm thrilled to see Rich Rod doing work at Zona. hated that he did so crappy at Michigan but he's the only losing coach i've ever liked.

And Arizona survives and pulls off the upset of #9 USC, 39-36 despite the most dominating WR day in Pac-12 history by Marquise Lee. He had about 345 yards recieving for the Trojans.
USC got caught kind of looking ahead to the Oregon game next week....they had a bunch of turnovers and penalties. This is a big win for Rich Rod and the Wildcats.

USC shoots itself in the foot again with penalties and turnovers. Lane Kiffin is a terrible coach.

The University of Spoiled Children get their due loss.
Very bad look for Matt Barkley. His awareness on the last 2 drives was awful. |

It's always a great day when U$C and Florida both lose...hopefully Notre Dame is added to that list, later.
U$C is also likely to get assraped by Oregon next week too. I hear El Paso is beautiful around Christmastime. ![]()

There was a split faction at Michigan....and those who didn't want him, worked against him from the day he set foot in there....and that includes Lloyd Carr.
Toss in a bumbling Bill Martin, the athletic director, who did nothing to rectify the situation and you've got a recipe for failure. Rich Rod wasn't really a good fit at Michigan, but he also wasn't given the full support from everyone involved that a new coach deserves. The entire coaching search was a catatonic cluster****, led by someone who had no clue....see the Les Miles fiasco. Last edited by SouthStndJunkie; 10-27-2012 at 06:27 PM.. |

Seriously though, I've heard the infidelity stuff a lot from Florida fans and I just want to know how concrete the evidence is. Just a message board rumor? Or is there actual evidence? |

The Mid-American Conference has compiled some nice wins this season.
Last week, Toledo took out undefeated #18 Cincinnati. This week, Kent State took out undefeated #15 Rutgers. On the flip side, undefeated #24 Ohio University lost to Miami of Ohio 23-20 earlier this afternoon. |

Russell Bellomy, Michigan's freshman backup QB in for Denard Robinson, looks terrified out there.

Wow. That is terrible. Kid has had bad break after bad break. He's an amazing talent, I hope he gets to play in the NFL, but I don't see it happening.
