Garcon being out hurts them a lot, they need him healthy badly, especially with Davis on crutches now.

As long as shanny is their coach, they won't win as he doesn't know how to improve the defense.

Don't forget that he isn't that great at adjustments. Remember all those post Elway era games where the Broncos had a 2nd half lead but they would get shutdown and collapse and blow 4th quarter leads?

Shanahan had no clue back then and it's not like he discovered something along the way. He and his son are stubborn and I don't think they survive here, much less win a SB here.

The pressure will be on next season. If they don't make the playoffs, Shanahan and son are gone.
