Check out 3:17 - 3:27

The Republicans not only want to the very rich to control everything, they're even changing the rules for the DNC so grass roots movement will have no legs. The only legs will be those on stage put there by the wealthiest corporations and people.

The Republican party didn't always used to be this way. It's only been the last 30 years or so you started to really see this pattern develop. The very wealthy have stolen this party from the people, what a shame. All they want now is to control who is in the white house so the very rich can get all the tax breaks and loop holes to skate by while giving the rest of us the ****ty hand.

Honestly, I hate to see this. That means the Republican party has no chance to change. You know that many of them have their conservative values but they know certain things need to be more center and their voices now don't count because of big money.

If the electoral process actually worked the way it was intended Ron Paul would have won the nomination. But "it's politics" so those in power are allowed to manipulate, deceit and pretty much rig the process so their guy wins. I'm voting for Gary Johhnson, **** the broken two party system.

I'm still penciling Ron Paul onto my ballot. Where it goes or what happens to it. i don't care. I can't vote for these two...no matter who wins, there won't be any improvement. Things are going to get worse.

I was going to do that, until I saw Gary Johnson running. I'm hoping he gets enough numbers to start making the GOP elites **** their pants.

The Democrat and Republican ideologies lead to wars, bailouts, corporatism, the Federal Reserve, deficit spending, the Patriot Act, war on drugs, foriegn aid, the IRS, IMF, NAFTA, and the warfare/welfare police state.

The Libertarian ideology is against all that.

Ron Paul would do much better getting the economy right than either of the other two running. He's never changed his stance on issues and has been right about everything that has happened. No one would listen to him though. Its to bad the GOP is corrupt because he should be the one running for president, not Romney.

liberatarian policies would screw the economy. they're just like republican policies, only more extreme. the only agreement I have with RP is foreign policy.

How would bringing half of our troops home from over seas/closing down bases that we spend billions, trillions if you add it all up i'm sure. Defending our boarders/bolster defenses here at home and getting ALL the illegals out. Them not paying taxes and taking up our jobs is a part of why the economy sucks. Legalize Marijuana. Think of all the jobs that could create. The revenue and the money it could save. Those 3 things alone would be a huge help in getting the economy on track.

If that's the only agreement you have with RP, then you must disagree with him on ending corporatism and bailouts.

How can you say that when life teaches us that balance is the best approach.

1. why not vote liberal,we have the same view about bringing troops home.
2.it's whacked out pipe dream to think you can kick out all ilegals,BTW is also a rep. belief. they pay taxes. the rich/cororations not paying their fair share is part of whats screwing the economy.
3.liberals support marijuana as well.
BTW your post is no differant than anything you hear from reps.

Even if true, this doesn't invalidate Carville's observation about the reason why Norquist's minions want less government.

As for the crooks, why do you focus on the politicians who allow themselves to be bought while ignoring the private interests who are doing the buying?

I don't want to expand government - I want to reform it.

It's not the government that's "taking our lunch" - it's the corporatist robber barons who control the government.

The libertarian kooks who think getting rid of government is the answer want to throw the baby out with the bath water.
